WHAT DOES A POSTPARTUM DOULA DO?
Whatever we can to make your transition home a smooth experience. We provide physical, emotional, and educational support to new parents. Whether this is your first baby or you are seasoned parents, we are here to help everyone settle in with confidence. Each shift might look a little different. Sometimes we might be washing, sterilizing and prepping bottles. Other times we might care for baby while you shower, eat, and rest. Our goal is to support you. Whatever that might look like.
